- Likewise we cannot sell you a replacement part without the serial number of your unit.

- Any supporting docucmentation that came with your unit
- For scooters: underneath the frame, on the tiller, on the frame in the rear.
- For power wheel chairs: underneath the footplate, on the frame in the rear or underneath the frame.
- For lift chairs: go behind the chair and look at the bottom frame that is on the floor.
